RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Iames Greenewood of water eaton Doct^r Sparkꝭ tennet {sic} 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled w^th a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold w^th it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest y^t he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decēbr. 2. die ♄. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth muday {sic} last sick lame.

RN Zachary Ketch of lathbury 10 yeres old sickned the 10 of novemb. die ♀ about noune came for my counsell. 23 of Novemb. die ♃ h. 12. 30|5|. 1598. he can hardly speak or stande.

RN Mary Travell of Gothurste 20 yeres old not very sick but worse then she was maried 2 or 3 yeres since troubled at the hart y^t shee cannot goe no children sent this 28 of feb die ☿. h. 9. 15|6|. mi. 1599.

RN Iohn Ione Burten of Olney for her diseased chest 44. yeres. lame in her back. fallen downe into her legs. a great hoven in her belly body back w^th cold & a trembling ach in her back.

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹

RN Elisabeth Chester 34 yeres cold in her armes & neck bone Mart. 12. {sic} 48. 50. 1599. & her sonn will who is amisse in her|is| lims who cannot stand & looketh weakly.

RN Susan Commendall 27. not well this 7 or 8 yeres: benūmed in her lims legs. armes. backe. a hevines in her hed. March 19. die ☾. h. 10. 15. 1599.

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

She cryeth & mutch cōplayneth o {sic} May the 12. die ♄. h. 10. ant m. 1599. pater et mater  filia quærūt remediū. det igitur pater cælestis  multis et magnis miserationibꝯ suis. at all times most cold. Costive.

RN An Goodin of Emmerton maried about 48. sinc whitsontide ill at her hart & then her back ready to teare a {sic} her harte & exceeding thirsty & Drye. Octob. 5. die ♃ h. 2. it tooke her lame in her leg

RN Agnis Brouten of Wellingborowe. 23. y. amisse {illeg}|t|his 5 yeres. chest & thenc ariseth to her head & maketh her hands & head & as it were dead y^t shee hath no vse & feeling & knoweth nothing. Octob. 4 die ♃ h. 2. 15. p {sic}. 1599. ariseth w^th a water on her stomacke /

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

RN Mres Blundell enquireth what is good for her Disease shee is pulled as it were in peeces hart belly sides & swollen in her stomach y^t & worse after she hath eaten or Drunken weake & feble in her body & knees. Aug. 28. die ☾ h. 5. 28 mi p. m shee shaketh & trembleth body {neck} & {yoin}tꝭ

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.
