RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN Iohn Phylip of Bletcley very extreeme sick bound & very Costive the last phisick would not work w^th him as Doct^r Spark writeth me, nowe again sendeth to me. this 9 of Decēb^r die ♄. h. 12. 15. 1598. troubled w^th the wind cholicke

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Zachary Ketch of lathbury 10 yeres old sickned the 10 of novemb. die ♀ about noune came for my counsell. 23 of Novemb. die ♃ h. 12. 30|5|. 1598. he can hardly speak or stande.

RN Clement Nash servant to Iohn Connyngham 22 yeres old tooke her first on tuesday night qu about 8 a clock at night a crick {sic} \ache/ in her baccke \& lims./ y^t maketh her stoope & goe Double. troubled w^th a great heate of her stomack y^t it maketh her lips to break out he {sic} first water made in y^e morning red. the next water of a reasonable good colour. the wench of a ruddy face well colourd & fat. quait {sic} remediū Decēb. 4. die ☾. h. 12. 15. mi. 1598. of Newport

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.
