RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Sara Pauly of NorthCrowlye 38. y may 15. ♂ h. 7. ant m. 16i0 Delivered this day sennet about 8. in the morning. was in labour from monday to that Daye tooke a cold. & sore all over. & was swelled all over & now is swelled in her left hand & cānot make water onc in 24 houres. ready to cast & her wynd is ready to be stopt w^th it very weake.
