RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN Elisabeth Vans of haversham about 5. shee shaketh & falleth w^th it on of her left arme & her left syde of a feare ruddy cōplexion. eateth her meate. her water white & muddish. pater  filia. 10 of March 7. 45. 1599. die ♄.

RN Thomas Smith of Calverton a child of 4 yeres old. a paine in his hed & belly.

RN Isbell Somes of Groundon 4 yeres old on whitsonsōday. cōplyneth of the gydines of her hed. left syde & left leg. Ap. 21 die ♄ h. 3. 53 p m. 1599.

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.

RN Gregory Carter of Adstocke 5 yeres old at Candlemas eve last payned in the left syde. & hart ever sinc midsomer. or a fortnight befor Septemb. 13 die ♃ 2 p m. at the first taking very hot leeke a burning ague

RN George Page of lathbury 3 yeres old troub w^th a great heate & his lips breaketh out & they wilbe bloody./

RN Elisabeth Chester 34 yeres cold in her armes & neck bone Mart. 12. {sic} 48. 50. 1599. & her sonn will who is amisse in her|is| lims who cannot stand & looketh weakly.

RN Rogar Riecrose of Stonystratford. 30. y. fore a sore eye {illeg} {sic} bloodshoten. & hed payned & troubled w^th the winde. may the 17. die ♃. h. 12. 30 1599. hot & scaldeth in his hed. & eye./

Mary Riecross of Stonystratford 6 yeres cōplayneth of her belly sick this 12 moneth.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. Ap. 9. die ☾. h. 10. 25|30|. mi 1599. cannot stande. nor goe very well. it doth cough. Katherine Parkins gave thē hard wordes.
