RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. RN Iohn Richardson of newp 48 y. had a third ague a yere & better. 5 y sinc & neaver well sinc. & now sorely payned in his right leg w^thout any swelling a bad stomack short wynded was wont to bleed mutch. & is very faynt & reareth blood & did bleed mutch at nose is aguish red & thick. very extreme faynt & weake & did swound last sonday. eateth litle./ extreme short wȳded
