RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Mathewe Windmill 30 yeres of age sick this two yeres in liver & milt & hart well by day working but ill always every night lieth hevy hevy {sic} in his chest y^t he cannot sleepe nor tak his rest agaynst weath^r and when he eateth flesh & porrage it heaveth vp his chest. vp from his chest to his harte. it lieth in his the pit of his stomack as if his hart & milte were broken as he him selfe thincketh it payneth him intolerable very cold never better thē when he is working cōplyneth most of chest & harte Novemb. 12 die ☉ at h. 7. 50. mi. 1598. at the first cōming he had a flushing in his hed w^t a gydines but never since
