RN mres leate \of london/ craved my counsell for her head heavy Dūpish & sleepish & yet not the better for sleeping also was cupped & was never the better or very litle craveth my counsell for her child my goddaughter 5 y. old for her weakenes of lims. Aug 5 ♃ h. 5. p m. 1613.
