RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.

would know wheath^r fit to give her a vomyt considering her \great/ weaknes & sither her scouring Doth her so mutch good craveth an answere to his forme & to this Letter also.

wheath^r any other course for mending of the sourenes will not helpe w^th out a vomyt.
