RN M^r Steaphen Crompton neere to Lichfild 29 y novēb. 20 h. 1. 15 p m 1630 |had a fracture of his skull & sinc subiect to Convuls.|

Conye. feb 18. in y^e after noone his first fit but his worst fit the 24 of feb when the sup witch was acquitted/
