RN M^r William Chester was borne vppon Easter monday about 4 of the clock p m. this Child is f {sic} very small faynt feble of a longe visage hath not the vse of his lims but specially of his legs to goe natus āno dni 1596. 12 Apr. die ☾ h. 4 p m. 1596.

RN M^r Gilbert for a payne in his left knee. & thenc into his leg. & toe instep. & sometimes in to his share & lefte side. had it this 12 moneths. & could not take his rest well this laste night. Ap. 28. die ♄. h. 12. 45. 1599.

RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Amy fuller 30. her \right/ shoulder right leg. & her hand hath as it were a crampe & of late broken out. swelled & blistered & very hot & a thin face but well coloored her toes will not styrre Apr. 23. die ☾ h. 2. 50. m p m. 1599. whitsontide wilbe a twelmoneth. of Cranfild.

RN Thomas Wyllys of 32 hath bene deafe sinc last shrovetide a quarter of an yeare hath had 2 fistuloes but was healed of that after had an impediment in his eyes. afterward in his lims. Apr. 22. die ☉ h. 2. 15 m. p m. 1599. of Whaddon.

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell 60 yeres old. sore in his legs swollen w^th the humor fallen downe into them & in his lims. Ap. 28. die ♄. h 8. 30. ant m. 1599. goeth to ground once in 2 days.

RN Elisabeth Hall of Woulverton 8 for 35 yeres. hath a great swelling in her legs hath not had her courses & her breast sometimes swollen with them. & never had her Courses kindly great greefe & thought by reason of the detur of fath^r & moth^r all {al} in one weeke Ap. 25 die ☿ h. 3. 20 p m. 1599.

RN Elisabeth Clarke 30 yeres vnmaried ever sinc Christmas hed backe chest a few on satterday on sunday had not her Courses currantly sinc Christ. sick at hart hoven in her chest. shoulders & hed. casteth black geare leek browne black paper leeke rags y^t is her flowers arising. Apr. 3 die ♂ h. 9. 15. 1599. cannot rest in her bed hath a wonderfull red colour & is hot.

RN Isbell Somes of Groundon 4 yeres old on whitsonsōday. cōplyneth of the gydines of her hed. left syde & left leg. Ap. 21 die ♄ h. 3. 53 p m. 1599.

RN Go Will: Hall of Hardmead sore handled in his back camot {sic} stirre him any way Apr 28 die ♄. hor. 11. ant m. 1599 cannot lift vp his foote for his back nor take his winde so ill handled he is. thinketh he shall Dye./

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. Ap. 9. die ☾. h. 10. 25|30|. mi 1599. cannot stande. nor goe very well. it doth cough. Katherine Parkins gave thē hard wordes.
