M^r Thomas Norwoods Daughter in law of wythybrooke octob. 31 hath taken a course of physick vnder an Apothecary in Coventry alnost {sic} a yere & is no way mended but weaker

her stomack almost quite gone & wanteth sleepe

hath often vomyted blood but more of late & cōmonly after meate hath a stupidity & lightnes of head her stomack always payned w^th an Inward soarenes w^ch payne doth now descend vnto the back, hyps, thighs, & legs w^th an extraordinary swelling. begyning \taking his begȳing/ at the chest

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Goody Marcholl of Woulverton came to tell me howe her daughter was miserablely handled & cannot speake in her fits. 28 of feb. die ☿. h. 6. 15. 1599. sine consensu.

RN Susan Blundle {illeg} 1597 was grevously handled w^th a disease w^ch taketh her every saterday since it began to take her w^c was not vntill this yeare 1597 & towards the latter end of Ian. shee was greeved therw^th on feb. the 12 of feb{r} betwixt on & two in the mor:¹ shee is as on dead & sowneth 2 or 3 times togeath^r. or a litle after midnight betwixt 12. & on. it tooke her cōmonly in her sleepe./

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.
