RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu. RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Iohn Becham of 6 yeres old or 7. about wheate harvest or first lad{ye} this child is troubled w^th a Cough & hoping so sore y^t it forceth him to cast vp his meate. he hath a good stomack to eate & digest his meate but his cough fetcheth all vp againe from the bottome of his belly. pater  filio sine consensu. RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Goody Marcholl of Woulverton came to tell me howe her daughter was miserablely handled & cannot speake in her fits. 28 of feb. die ☿. h. 6. 15. 1599. sine consensu.

RN Will: Boughton of Paulus Pery: 4 yeres old or therabout. sicke ever sinc lent. tooke it first w^th a shivering & after burned mutch. nowe hathe Cough. last sunday was neere dead. may the 10 die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN King of haversham for his wife Agnes y^t was brought a bed 7 weekes agoe. in her back syde & belli loynes & hucbones hath no stomacke. hot & boumd {sic} for a weeke. May the 9. die ☿ h. 5. 20 p m. 1599.

RN Lawrenc white 3 we 3 quarters old. camot {sic} goe to ground is very sicke Sept. 7. die ♀ h. 5. 30 p m. 1599.

RN Gregory Carter of Adstocke 5 yeres old at Candlemas eve last payned in the left syde. & hart ever sinc midsomer. or a fortnight befor Septemb. 13 die ♃ 2 p m. at the first taking very hot leeke a burning ague

RN Goodman Honour of Newport for his wife who hath bene longe sick & is nowe very exceeding ill h {sic} as her husband telleth me. hanc male suspicant^r de veneficio

RN M^res Potter of willing sent for her husb. w^th out his consent at 10. 10. ant m 1599 1600 cannot sleepe his water betwixt yellow & red thick leeke puddle. his stomack hot & his tounge scab & broken out & his head cannot move but as he is turned.

RN Rogar Riecrose of Stonystratford. 30. y. fore a sore eye {illeg} {sic} bloodshoten. & hed payned & troubled w^th the winde. may the 17. die ♃. h. 12. 30 1599. hot & scaldeth in his hed. & eye./

Mary Riecross of Stonystratford 6 yeres cōplayneth of her belly sick this 12 moneth.

Isbell Dormer of Woulverton 28. sick this quart^r of this yere in her stomack & harte & her right side & right arm supposing y^t her liver is growing to her side. die ☾. h. 9. 2|3|0. 1599. shee doth swound w^th it worst at mornings.
