Weddensday maij 6. ♂ h. 10. ant m 1606 |taken first on weddensd east^r weeke \easter {sic}/ at night| /in her bed. at 12. p m a thing like a dog cāme vppō her made her fome & skrike\ |shee sayd she sawe some ill thing in her bed comīg to her like a cat or a dog as shee lay w^th her husb. y^t strooke her w^th a dead palsye./|

RN was first strangly taken feb 28. ♂ h. 9. p m 1632.

fell downe dead & had 2 or 3 fits in an houres & will \doth/ quake skreame & crye

RN my lord Mordants litle child ten weekes on satt last it was borne the 19 of marh {sic} last betweene 10 & 11 in y^e morning. it was healthfull vntill weddensday last. may 25. h. 4. 30 ant m it was taken w^th a stretching out of the arms a galling of the eys & skryking & trēbling of all tes vppon may 26. it had 3 fits 2 in y^e morning. & on at noone. & hath an arising in y^e throte w^ch is seene & felt. & by holding downe by hand hath some ease & it riseth moore. the left syde of the throate. sent to me Iune 2. ♃ h. 8 ant m. 1625.

the lady Constables mā. Thomas kelly fell into a new & a strang aguish fit shaking bed & chāb^r round about ♄. 9. ant m. 1608.

RN She was taken strangly & sodenly but more yesterday then before Iuly 24. ☿ h 4|5| \5/ p m 1622. at sermō tȳe w^th strāg convulsions taking away her speach. & vse of her armes & her belly Did burne & trēble & was & is ever mightely tormōted w^th sore tēptatiōs when she is most willing to serve god¹

RN The lady \An/ Butler for her m^r Oliver Butler 9 y next march bone {sic} 28 or 29 about 12 & on in the night. of Harolde sent to me for this child Ian 3 h {sic} hor 11. 45 ant m 1623 {sic}. extree {sic} weake & feeble & cā take no physick taken w^th strang fits plucking his \right/ syde & rūneth to his back being holden harde & an extree {sic} cough almost halfe a yere. & is pyned & cā not stand nor goe Ill tong suspected
