Complained of Cramps & weaknes ouer all his body. face, Armes legs were swelld, now thanks be to God are not. was the payne in his back doth not so much trouble him as before his loosenes stayd vpon those things I gaue as Clysters & Cordialls. now his loosenes hath taken him agayne desires something yt may stay it. vryne a little higher yen it hath bin this 3 dayes, no slu{ff}y Sediment, nor so much troubled with the Gonorrhæa as before Laus deo.
Desires at this tyme something for Cough & loosenes.

1 Had a colde & an extreame Cough a weeke afore shouetyde {sic} wch did much shake & macerate his Body & was freed both of colde & Cough wthin 3 weekes after. findes a defect in his digestion, in the liuer as hee feareth, wch heretofore hath much anoyed him.
2. is \hath beene/ very costiue (saueinge for 3 dayes last past) wth some forcemt thereto, yet his Body is temporate for heate & colde.
3 hee is not much thirsty saue at meales;
4 hee sleepes indifferent well, 5 or 6 houres in the night at beast.
5 his stomack seemeth to bee quieted when hee suppeth posset drinke
6 This is his Clymatericall yeare, beeinge 63 yeares at Alhollowetide last.
7 hee desires to knowe howe his Liuer may bee releeved & howe his Body may be loosened.
8 His was water ordinarily keepes in a reasonable lowe Coulour.
