RN Mres Blundell enquireth what is good for her Disease shee is pulled as it were in peeces hart belly sides & swollen in her stomach y^t & worse after she hath eaten or Drunken weake & feble in her body & knees. Aug. 28. die ☾ h. 5. 28 mi p. m shee shaketh & trembleth body {neck} & {yoin}tꝭ

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Iohn Blundell came for my counsell because his eyes are dim & his face breaketh out the 13 of August. h. 1. 7. m. post m 1598. of 10 y

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN Rich Travell servant t|o|f W. Martin of L Linford. 20 yeres old sick this fortnight almost & did kepe his bed for it munday & tuesday cōplayneth of his belly & hart. very desyrous to Drink & yet not hot. Oc cam him selfe to me. Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 3. 9. post m. 1598.
