GJ Mr Mathew Claver of Foskett. sent his water wth a letter April. 6. ☿ ho. 10. 6 a m. 1603 Wherin he Complayneth of a trembling hastynes and fulnes of his head & sences his body full of wynde, a great noyse in his left eare many tymes troubled wth a stitche in the small of his backe. The mouth of his stomacke doth most annoy his head for wch he hath taken Conserve of Anthos

hath kept her bed this sennight a weake bad digestion. her meate rises sometymes like hard egs wch causes a great payne both in stomack & backe.
she can eate little or nothing she desires to haue something to strengthen her stomack. /much troubled with a stitch in her right side with a continuall payne in her stomack.\
