RN The surgions in Oxford began to cut M^r Thomas Longfilds head & afterward seered his scull & afterward Did Drill his skull that is poure vppō his skull some corrosives that so they may {sic} g|m|ight get out a bladder w^c they thought caused his madnes. but he the {sic} begā to cut his head the 5 of Decēb. die ☿ h p m 3. 30. mi. 1599. but he dyed the weddensday moneth after or the tuesday

Apr. 3 die ♂ h. 9. 15. 1599. cannot rest in her bed hath a wonderfull red colour & is hot.

RN Itm’ Rich. stonedale troubled w^th a feare & a scriching. in the hed & hart called for a candle at night & d {sic} prayed & desyre his fathr {sic} so to doe bound 2 or 3 dayes Ian. 3 die ☿ h. 10. 30 1599.
