RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.

RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN An Goodrick of Lathbury 32. hed & neck pricking left side her hed was gyddye. shee had a child 9 month a goe troubled w^th a gydy hed. Novemb 2. die ♃. h. 3. 30.
