RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Ione freeman of Newp v 17 y. very sicke. sore at the hart & hath a thing arising in her throat ready to stop her winde & was almost dead last night & cryeth & taketh & sayth shee shall dye may the 15. die ♂ h. 11. 12. m. ant m. 1599. & of her thighes. every where a pricking of her {hart}

RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Susan Commendall 27. not well this 7 or 8 yeres: benūmed in her lims legs. armes. backe. a hevines in her hed. March 19. die ☾. h. 10. 15. 1599.

RN An Winkles of Hanslop. 60. amisse this 20 yeres: vnd^r her left side pricketh leeke a dagger. cōbred w^th colour. w^th slymy black reping geere. goeth vp to her belly & backe. Apr. 2. die ☾. h. 1. 1599. sad & hevye.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled w^th a Cold very shortwinded & payned w^th a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled w^th it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

She cryeth & mutch cōplayneth o {sic} May the 12. die ♄. h. 10. ant m. 1599. pater et mater  filia quærūt remediū. det igitur pater cælestis  multis et magnis miserationibꝯ suis. at all times most cold. Costive.

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Elisabeth Clarke 30 yeres vnmaried ever sinc Christmas hed backe chest a few on satterday on sunday had not her Courses currantly sinc Christ. sick at hart hoven in her chest. shoulders & hed. casteth black geare leek browne black paper leeke rags y^t is her flowers arising. Apr. 3 die ♂ h. 9. 15. 1599. cannot rest in her bed hath a wonderfull red colour & is hot.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN An Middleton 10 yeres old a week afore Miklemas sick miserablely handled w^th her fits. the 20 of decemb^r die ☿ at 6 in the morning. borne the 12 of Decēb. 1588. die ♃ betwixt 1. & 2 morning. her fathr {sic} enquireth what may be the cause of her disease. in her owne p^rsence. the 5 of feb: die ☾. h. 7. 30. ant m. 1599. of a white pale colour leane wellooking water very good. every day many fits. & on friday & weddensday. it maketh her knock stamp strick her hands a great cough /this figure I set in there p^rsence.\

RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN Robart Pē{illeg}merton of Rudgden in the County of Northāpton. 57. keepeth his chamber. this moneth. troubled w^th a reume & fleume in his chest. March 17 die ♄. h. 7. 15. ant m. 1599. tussi magna laborat costive hot in the stomack.

RN Rich: Ellys of Hansl: of 46. {f} {sic} of his stomack thenc into his throate & hed. so in his throate y^t scarc can swallow his spittle: Apr. 6. die ♀. h. 12. 30. 1599. cannot sleepe. as if his {sic} hed an impostume {bin} a bladder broake. meticulosꝯ. cold behind his hed.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him.
