Risely of Willing 2 yeres old. the fortnight after Chr|E|sterday ☉ morning about 3 a clock morning troubled by fits. especially the 18 of Decēb. after noone it wull {sic} fall Downe & crye & tak hold of any thing. Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die ☉ h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die ♀ – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.

RN Iohn Phylip of Eaten well this 12. moneth. but feareth a falling sicknes & therefore cometh to p^rvent it. Ap. 28. die h {sic} hor. 9. 40. m. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Kilpine the sonne of Richard Kilpine was borne 15 the 25 of Ian. being weddensday betwixt 3 & 5 in the morninge. troubled w^th falling sicknes vppon any sudden feare. when he was 1 yere old taken first w^th it or there about. a very fat Corpulent hevy fellowe most troubled in his bed.

RN Iohn Kilpine of Northe Crowly 23. yeres old sent vnto me for his disease who hath bene troubled w^th a falling sicknes who fometh very litle but Drouleth. who falleth when it taketh him on his backe & |st|retcheth him selfe a {sic} & p^rsently riseth again & is well. as often as any thing hitteth him or stūbleth or at meate if any thinge feareth him it come as it were by a frightment Maij 5. die ♄. h. 9 ant m. 1599. very desirous his father should come.

RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decemb^r die ♀ h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.

RN Ihone Boughton of Kempson. 40 yeres old troubled w^th a Dropsy. very thirsty exceeding big. water very red. being hot before black & brownish or tawny. a very litle water or none shee maketh. sent to me againe for helpe. this 2i of March. die ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m 1599

RN Susan Bynion of 2 yeres old troubled w^th a straung ague & Drinketh sorely. and shaketh every daye. August. 21 die ♂ h. 9. 52. ant m 1599

RN Margaret Booker of Newport. 20. amisse this fortnight arm left leeke an ache. vexeth & troubleth all her bodye 22 of March. die ♃. h. 9. 30. ant m. {in}|ca|nnot rest tr maketh her Crye. a hie coloured water & red her courses stopt this quart^r never had thē kindly. leeke an ague

RN Margaret M^res Hulles mayd 15 & M^r hulles somne {sic} 3 yeres old had lately the purpels & nowe full of spots blew, red & sanguine in his tempels face & browes. on day well. 2 days sick. a white water. Apr. 19 die ♃ h. 9. 15 1599. & {sic}

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.
