RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled wth an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken wth a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled wth a salte or a sweete re{eume} yt he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes.
