M^res Mary Combes. tooke her physick it did her some good but now her other cheeke is swelled. vryne good

RN M^r Alway had \2/ horse leac\h/es fastned to the emrod vaynes Apr. 26. ♀ h. 4. 15. p m 1605. w^ch drew well but the next day felt him selfe worse aft^r it in his syde & could not take any rest on sunday night yet felt him selfe well after it & bled well.

RN M^r Henry Hanson sent vnto me Apr. 6. ☾ h. 1|3|. 12. 1607 to signify that his wife cā have no remedy for her tooth ach & that her pils wrought extremely as if shee should dye w^th them.

RN mres \Eliz./ Norton of Offley 22 y \18 y/ Ap 21. ☾. h. 11. ant m 1617 well amended god be thanked of her greevous fits yet hath every day the hed ach lasting 2 houres betwixt 3 & 4 after noone/

RN Th: Barly of Carington Cotton 8 y I had the palsy his speach & lims neare gone was sinc 3 weekes alhalloutyde soe ill came to me in Christmas holly days last & by gods spec: grace & my oyles mended yet his left hand hath litle feeling

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. Aug. 26. die ♄ h. 12. 30. 1598.

GJ Henry Putman of wolverton 40 y Octob. 7 ♀ ho. 7 50 a m. 1603. His physicke he tooke at 4 of the clocke in the morning, it wrought not. miserably vexed w^th a stitche in his left side and shoulder

is was mended of her leg & the swelling but then her head & eys were ill but sinc of late it brake agayne is p^rty well amended her leg i {sic} Issueth blod & hath always so done. |x y sinc had a bloody water./|

would know wheath^r the humour be hot.

And wheath^r an Issue will doe her serv. \nell/ good & when. craveth no physick but m|b|y ridgmont.

RN M^r Tomlyns of Tinswicke 53 y brought me x^s for mres Stanton of warwick in token of love & kindnes Aug 15. ☾ h. 1. 20 p m. 1625. she found some helpe in her back but applying pigeons but onc to her feete. ma Drow so mutch as y^t s {sic} her sight is weaked. & her eyes swelled |a widow womā|

gave me x^s gratis brought vntome by M^r Tomkins of Tinswicke.
