RN Susan Blundell was die Aug 15 of Aug. die ♂ h 6. p m. was exceedingly troubled w^th her fits. & so agayne betwixt 10 & 11. & betwene 3. & 4 mor.

RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN Clement Ruby demaunded of me what was good for her being so short winded as shee was Aug. 26. die ♄ hor. 10. 34. ant m. 1598.
