RN Thom Marsholl enquireth for his Daught^r martha a yere old who hath bene payned & troubled w^th a Dire cough & pined & cōsumed in her body mutch coveteth meate but can not Digest it. Aug. 10. die ♃ h. 9. 9. mi. of Newport.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Will: Knight of Newport a yere & halfe. borne the 26 of maye 1597. betwixt 2 & 3 morning.

RN Iohn Weatherhed of Olny for a Child of 3 yeres old. it cannot stand nor goe s{e}|i|nc this twelmoneth taken in his lims. cannot abide to stand but then Cryeth loveth to sit eateth his meate well. pater  filio. Martij 10. die ♄. ♄ {sic}. 1. 1599. It was borne 1597. Martij 25 die ♀ at 1. 30. p m 1597.

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth

RN Richard Lingard this a yere & halfe old. troubled w^th an ague & w^th the wormes. & leekely to have the iandes the child is weaned sent to me by there sister. the fath^r & the moth^r boath Apr. 17. die ♂ h. 2. 30|5| p m. 1599. of Simpson a great cold.

RN Richard Odill for a child a yere & halfe old y^t voyded a worme very long. at 3 p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Smiths wifes child a yer old. Doth vomit & hath the laske. Aug 27. die ☾ h. 5 p m. 1599.

RN Elisabeth Turuy of husb. Crawly borne the 27 of may h. die ♄ hor. 2 in the morninge. 1598. Cannot goe nor stande is leek a thing frighted & skriked. n{illeg}|do|th not fall nor swond pineth & consumeth
