RN An Bunch of Risdone 5 y & a halfe borne the 11^th of sept ☾ about 3 in the after noone 1620. ever sinc she was borne lame in her lims cā speak but dead ¹

RN mary Busbridge in son came Sept. 27 ♂ h 2. 30 p m 1608. /lame in y^e lyms.\

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹

RN An old woman goody Alce Radwill of Kempson 87 y Apr 8 die ♂ h. 2 p m 1600

for a bruise & fall & so hath lost the vse of her lims./

Williā Tomkins was stroken suddenly. lame in all his lims & cā speake but a litle y^t on cā scarce vnderstand & when he goeth he rūneth as on y^t should light on his head all halloutyde the weddensday after Alhalloutyde was 4 y. hath bene thick of hearing a weeke & curst w^th all.

RN on weddensday 3 weekes before miklemas betwixt 8 & 9 in the forenoone sodenly taken in her mouth & face & in her lymms & so cōtinued a weeke & did neyther eate nor drinke

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims
