strangly handled in her feete w^th pulling & gnawing her feete w^th extremity of payns & her hands pill all over & the tops wore away w^th the payne & did extremely vomyte at the first for 4 days 16 weekes. & had 2 child w^ch vomyted sorely & on child dyed & she cānot sit vp nor goe but as she she {sic} is caryed nor cānot abyde any to touch her hands & feete & are extreme hot

I receaved a letter frō mres Quck {sic} y^t the lady Magdalen by means of y^e lady {sic} \Countes/ her mother. hath bene forced to vs fast. & to keepe a fast but once the Countes hath made the lady Magd to keepe an exact dyet & fasting & hath abstaynd frō the vse of any p^rscribed by me & semeth to be mutch better for it
