RN Ralfe Warren of Stockgolding 24. y a batcheler. sicke this moneth came leek an ague. casteth vp every thinge. March. 6 die ♃ h. 8 ant m. 1600.

RN M^r Thomas Dillinghā mynyster of Deanes. 51 y vppō the lords day at night last. troubled & had a sore fit of the stone & caused him to vomyt. 8 y sinc was troubled in like maner & found mutch good. Ap 8 ☾ h. 3. p m 1622.

RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die ☾ h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.¹

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

RN Mary Wren of Hansloppe 30. sick this day sennet. arising of her stomack greeping of her belly & hart keepeth her bed now & then findeth most ease lying groveling downeward Apr 2i die ♄. 12. 40. her youngest child a yere & a quart^r

RN Oliver Hames of his sonne maried a great payne in his stomacke & arising ready to stop his wind. 30 yeres may the 13. die ☉ 40 h./ 7. 40 ant m. 1599. had a bruise w^th a horse did spit blood cam̄ot {sic} stoope to work for it

RN Iohn Witton of layton 34. y. for a payne & a heaving in his stomacke ascending to his head a winde cholicke. hath a great water {illeg}|on| his stomack & in his mouth & teeth hot scalding in his mout the rough of his mouthe ready to scald him. of Layton. 159 Octob 6. die ♄ h. 2. p m. 1599. /this 2 yeres.\

RN ye hath bene sick by fits. but yesterdaye about 3 of the clock in y^e after noone taken & tormented & gryped in her stomack & belly & Doth. cast in the extremitye of her fit & otherwise.

RN my lady came \Maunsell/ showed me her wat^r Ian 24 ♀ h 10. 30 ant m. 1606. who was at my lady Chaynes howse at Drayton 35 y. a long visage leane & yellowish full of melanch. long sick & casteth every foote mutch reds. &|w|^ch trouble her mutch. & cōtinew long also whitꝭ but the {sic} weaken not yet have cōtinewed longe w^ch come 3 days before the red. casteth mutch faynt & feeble mutch wynd costive /Lady Maunsell. 35 y.\

RN mary Burges of Raunce 38 y taken chest back & belly & made her vomyt lame y^t she cā scarce goe but must be led is very sore cā not abyde to be touched. it tooke her vppon August 2. ☉ h. 10. 30 ant m 1618

RW Laurence Iuckkerby of Layton. y. 38. d. ♂ h: 22. 55. ant. m. Martij 14 1620. put on a shirte not ayred on morninge, & was all that \day/ after it cold & aguish & at night had a great payne with an extreeme stick in his ryght side. can take nothing but liquid matter, & yet hee vomiteth vp that againe If hee doth but stirre his sticke taketh him extreamely. hee is very faynt.

RN Katherine Grene /25\ first taken w^th \it tooke/ an arising frō her stomack ready to stop her wynd Martij 7. ☿ h. 11. p m 162i |is so sick y^t she cā take no rest.|

It tooke her in her hart & left sy right & short ribs pricking like needles. |suckleth a child halfe a yere old|

RN my Cosen Warren \Reeve/ sent me a letter Ian 25 h {sic} hor 3 \25/ p m 1623 last weeke voyded vp blood 3 tymes. to the quantity of halfe a pynt is very ill feaversh {sic} weake & feeble & cānot slepe

RN Sara Pauly of NorthCrowlye 38. y may 15. ♂ h. 7. ant m. 16i0 Delivered this day sennet about 8. in the morning. was in labour from monday to that Daye tooke a cold. & sore all over. & was swelled all over & now is swelled in her left hand & cānot make water onc in 24 houres. ready to cast & her wynd is ready to be stopt w^th it very weake.
