RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹

RN Elisabeth Rowle Sowle of Lowton 50 yeres old sick first began to be sicke vppon the 3 of Octob. cam at night came t sent her husband to me shee hath bene full of ache a long time & hath kept her bed ever since Octob. 11 die ☿ h. 7. 45. 1598

RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN Susan Androwes of Broughton about 50 yeres old troubled w^th a great & continiall {sic} reume always spitting & her tong hath on it scales. at times any time this 2 or 3 yeres. sent Goodmā Macū in her behalfe. Decēb. 9. die ♄. hor. 11. 10 mi. 1598. |metuit et formidat ne Dentes pereant|

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Ioys Armfild of lathbury 50 yeres old sick first on the 23 of Decemb. {illeg}a{illeg} sent her husband to me on weddensday the 27 of Decemb. die ☿ h. 7. 45. ant m. very sick last night & keepeth her bed w^th it. her husb. had on wife before & by this 6 children 1598.

RN Ihone Nelson of Mowlsoe 52 yeres having taken a smay because her husband on a time beating her mead for denying of y^t w^c her husband knew to the contrary, shee bearing of the blowes when her husband strook her it fortuned w^thin a while after the servant Died & the mother of y^t ser child sayd shee would never live vntill shee had hanged him for killing of his {sic} Daughter sinc w^c time shee ever vomiteth blacke soote every day for this twelfmoneths. 14 yeres agoe. or therabout her servant beaten died. shee loseth of her beastꝭ & co kines fat & good on a sudden sinc yesterday shee yea & sometimes shee can make make {sic} no butter no phisicke will goe Downeward but vpward all & y^t as mutch w^thout phisick as w^th it. RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs.
