RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. Novemb. 8. die ☿ h. 3. 2. 52. m. p m. 1598. extreeme payne in side & backe.

RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599
