RN Thom Marsholl enquireth for his Daught^r martha a yere old who hath bene payned & troubled w^th a Dire cough & pined & cōsumed in her body mutch coveteth meate but can not Digest it. Aug. 10. die ♃ h. 9. 9. mi. of Newport.

RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough. Decemb 30. die ♄. h. 1. 53. 1598 w^th a hooping ready to stoppe her wind now it falleth into a bleeding at the nose

RN Thomas Martyn of Litle Linford for Anthony Marten s {sic} his some {sic}. quærit quid sit cōmodū  tussi. valde enī laborat tussi: Aug 15: die ♂ h. 11. 32|3|. his wind is stopped w^th it. 1598.

RN Iohn Becham of 6 yeres old or 7. about wheate harvest or first lad{ye} this child is troubled w^th a Cough & hoping so sore y^t it forceth him to cast vp his meate. he hath a good stomack to eate & digest his meate but his cough fetcheth all vp againe from the bottome of his belly. pater  filio sine consensu. November 28 die ♂ h. 9. 1598.

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Iohn Bynion natus 1595. die ☾ 29 septēb. h 2. 30. ni. {sic} p m. 1595. troubled exceedingly w^th hed ache. & will eate but litle.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Will: Blea borne the 30 daye of Novemb. die ♂ h noctis \p. merid/ about h p m. 4. 1596. troubled every day with fits startling & skik stare & tok him it took him on tuesday last

RN Will: Pipkin 6 yeres old at Miklemas payned in the back & neck & head & belly & legs quærit causā eius remediū refuseth his meate Aug 30. die ☿ h. p m. 5. 7. m.

RN Thomas Newell of Sheringhton 8 yeres old. quærit causā eius deo favente remed. Sept. 18. die ☾. h. 9 3. 1598. sweld in his legs & anckels and stomack & cannot sleepe./

RN Alce Rawlings nata 1593. August. 19 die ☉. h. 5 post m in Linford. this child betwixt 5 & 6. shee was very sick & the vse of her tounge taken away 1598.

RN Agnes Lawrenc 7 ye{res} old at Candlemas last troubled this twelfmonth of her ch{illeg}|e|st & hart cōplayneth cannot abid his {sic} stomack to be last shee pineth. her meate doth her litle good Sept. 20 {die} ☿. h. 9. 3|4|9. mi. for {ser}{illeg} also.

RN Elisabeth Sandons the daught^r of Iohn Sandon ded & deted & moth^r. her vnkle came for her at Woulverton 9 yeres old amisse this fortnight they suppose it to have bene an ague. very sleepy & Drowsy. cōplayneth of her hed & belly. Novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 10. 15. mi. 1598.

RN Iohn Connyngham 7 yeres old satterday sennet after miklemas daye sick this 12 moneth. cōplayneth most of his hed & hath a weake stomack. was wonte to have white water leeke dregs of a tub. very thick of a pale & whitish Colour. a longe visage. Decēb. 4. h. 11. the child came hither.

RN Iohn Bynion of Wouson magna 3 yeres old vppō Miklemas last day last in the after noone betwixt 2 & 3. p m. pater quærit  filio male se habet capite pectore water very white s face pale leane bodyed sick ever sinc he was borne a quart^r old full of bleache Decēb. 8. die ♀ h. 9. 45 ant m. 1598
