RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. March 27. die ♂ h. 11. 30. 1599

RN Iohn fleete of Singleborowe ab 54. for his speach & the hoarsnes therof. when he is thorowe hot. his spittle hot & salt & sower. some times in his Chest & hed & minde w^th crosses. RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/
