RN Iohn Field his sonne of Luton 14. y payned frō the head to the sole of the feete 2 days before newyers day. taken in a cold morning full of great wheales all over. his body as big as great beanes exceding poer & weake knoweth no body, nor can styr any te of his body very thirsty goeth to stoole well Ian 27 ♃ h. 3 p m 1620

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Sara Pauly of NorthCrowlye 38. y may 15. ♂ h. 7. ant m. 16i0 Delivered this day sennet about 8. in the morning. was in labour from monday to that Daye tooke a cold. & sore all over. & was swelled all over & now is swelled in her left hand & cānot make water onc in 24 houres. ready to cast & her wynd is ready to be stopt w^th it very weake.
