RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Goody Bar\n/well bemoaneth her of her body of the heaving of her bodye of her drought & thirste shee can scarce take her breath. Aug. touchin taken of by a smay of her husb. & child. sorow. Aug. 11 die ♀ h p m. 6. 30. m. 1598.

RN Ihone Hull of Newport of 46 yees {sic} for the rising of her & greeping of her hart by fits shee hath had it a longe time: somewhat leek an impost ready to stop her wind & can hardly swallowe her spittle. Octob 5. die ♃. h. 3. {illeg}|5|0. p m. 1598. arising leeke the mother.

RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough. Decemb 30. die ♄. h. 1. 53. 1598 w^th a hooping ready to stoppe her wind now it falleth into a bleeding at the nose

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.
