GJ Elsabeth Hayes of Turvy 43 y Octob. 18 ♂ ho. 9. 50 a m. 1603. |wind in the stomacke.| A dry Cough An Itche and as it were a dry scurfe. Hath a Childe of 2 yeere old sucking on her, the childe very poore & will take nothing but the brest can neither go nor speake: borne the saturday fortnight after midsomer 1601 betwene 8 & 9 at night quiet in the day but very vnquiett all night. very cold, swelled in the body of late. the mother nunquā habuit menstrua since she had this child.

RN Iohn Richardson of newp 48 y. had a third ague a yere & better. 5 y sinc & neaver well sinc. & now sorely payned in his right leg w^thout any swelling a bad stomack short wynded was wont to bleed mutch. & is very faynt & reareth blood & did bleed mutch at nose is aguish red & thick. very extreme faynt & weake & did swound last sonday. eateth litle./ extreme short wȳded

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.
