RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Ihone Wallbanck of Cosgrave 50 yeres old for her hed & a paine vnd^r her right side. very drye in her hands full of scales. & motes otherwise a good water. at 3. 15. 1599

RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.

RN Robart West of Haversham for a payne in his loynes & hips & right leg & toes ever since Sunday last at evening at 4 a clocke & hath had a winde cholicke ever since he was a batcheler & his wife also ever sinc a meaden hath bene troubled w^th a gnawing in her body. 56 yeres old. came frō Sherington.
