RN Alce Hall of Stonystratford. 40 y. payned head hart. w^th an extreeme cold & then w^th a flushing heate cannot sleepe. Octob. 4 die ♃ h. 1. 48. 1599.

RN Edmund Nichols of litle Woulson 38 maried this 2 yeres. never a child trouled w^th an ache in his inner side of his thigh & huckbone to the knee had it longe agoe but not so mutch as nowe 3i of March. die ♄. h. 9. 10. mi. ant m. 1599. a cold ache

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN Thomas Leedes hath a great payne greeping his guts doubteth he tooke it w^th a fall on his ribbes. came to me for my Comsell {sic}. 75. maye the 10. die ♃ h 10. 12. ant m. 1599 cold in the morning but very hot after noone./

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.
