was taken in his left hand about a leaven Ian 28 h. 11. at night in his sleepe & it swelleth & tingleth & aketh vncessantly. & in his armes & chest

RN Iohn Field his sonne of Luton 14. y payned frō the head to the sole of the feete 2 days before newyers day. taken in a cold morning full of great wheales all over. his body as big as great beanes exceding poer & weake knoweth no body, nor can styr any te of his body very thirsty goeth to stoole well Ian 27 ♃ h. 3 p m 1620

RW Beniamin Hubbins of Astwood y. 26. d. ☾ h: 1: p: m: Novemb. 20 1620. swelled in his left leg: yesterday his right leg was swelled but now it is come into his left leg: payned in his left eare, & so downewards. had a purge 10 dayes since w^ch wrought well & he was much the better for it: now worse then he was. complayneth more of heate then of colde then of heate. did complayne at the first more of heate then of colde. cannot sleepe.

RN Persivall Sanders of woulverton 20 y Ap. 29 ☾ h. 9. 30 ant m 1622. mightely payned about the right syde & left & top also of the shoulder w^thout swelling in his flanke 3 weekes. but the last weeke tormenting in pytifull maner.

feareth an vlcer for it is as matter y^t cōmeth frō him & maketh it often. 4 tymes in an houre it hindereth slepe.
