RN Iames Greenewood of water eaton Doctr Sparkꝭ tennet {sic} 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled wth a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold wth it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest yt he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decēbr. 2. die ♄. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth muday {sic} last sick lame.
