It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu. GJ Elsabeth Hayes of Turvy 43 y Octob. 18 ♂ ho. 9. 50 a m. 1603. |wind in the stomacke.| A dry Cough An Itche and as it were a dry scurfe. Hath a Childe of 2 yeere old sucking on her, the childe very poore & will take nothing but the brest can neither go nor speake: borne the saturday fortnight after midsomer 1601 betwene 8 & 9 at night quiet in the day but very vnquiett all night. very cold, swelled in the body of late. the mother nunquā habuit menstrua since she had this child.

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.
