RN The lady Dickby of Gothurst Iune 24. ☿ h. 6. 38 ant m. 1607. hath spent her dyet Drink drinking no oth^r drinke hath taken it some six days & thre days it gave her four stooles a daye & two dayes but 2 a daye it weakneth not yet giveth litle amendment.

RN Mr Turveys \of Wicken/ vomyt gave him eight reasonable grat vomits. his purge gave him 6 stooles on vomyt & aftr his vomyt some 3 stooles more more bound after his physick hath bene let blood. & it was very blue full of melancholy blood sinc his letting blood his wynd collicke \in his/ backe & syde mutch eased. & nowe cōplayneth as before w^th a rūning humour in his feete & desyres when tyme shall serve to blede them.

RN Thomas Roufhead came to me for physick Aug 29 die ♀ h. 7. p m. 1600 & mised to come the next mor {sic} morning but did not but he came the next day about 4 of the clocke.
