RN D Iames of Oxford st|ran|gly {sic} \straungly/ taken wth a palsye on the left syde of the face hand & leg taken at church & great red blatches in t|H|is fac & bodye & his ey swelling & f|H|is face a yere before & sinc he contenting certen sup witches & on being acquitted he felt his strange stitch on his s {sic} left syde by fits he supposeth yt the womā susp for a witch but quitted by the Iudges did hurte him the 24 of feb. ☾ sep a □ ♄ ap ☌ ♂ yt night at sup first taken. had his first fit after he talked wth mr Rob. Conye. feb 18. in ye after noone his first fit but his worst fit the 24 of feb when the sup witch was acquitted/
