RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled w^th an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken w^th a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled w^th a salte or a sweete re{eume} y^t he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes. RN An Trueman of Willing 40. y. sick this fortnight backe & harte. & armes full of ach every foot ill keepeth her bed many times. stomack bad w^th it. Ap. 24 die ♂ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled w^th a Cold very shortwinded & payned w^th a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled w^th it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./

RN Thom. Bradbery of {illeg} 6 yeres old of Cinkleborowe payned in his belly ever sinc monday. hath a drie coughe. & very witty childe a thick puddle yellowe water./

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell.
