RN Agnis Pufford 19 yeres of Tyddington 3 miles of frō Dunstable falleth every day 2 or thrice in a daye. misseth her sometimes a weeke. often troubled wth it at the full of the ☾. was borne 1581. 19 yeres sinc last allhalloudaye the first of Novembr \about 3 a clock in the morninge./ falleth backward alwys {sic} when it cometh. came her selfe wth her fathr to me this 14 of march die ♀ h. 12. 30. 1600 hath bene troubled wth it this 7 or 8 yeres. stretcheth out at lenght her armes fingers & legs12
