RN Richard Kinge of Nash. 24 yeres hath had a swelling in his body belly & mēbers & face for this 3 yeres & goeth away agayne. Octob. 3 die ☿ h. 12. 45. {illeg} 1599. hath bene at Cublington son of Thorton’. in his throate & k {sic} & knees.

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Mathewe Windmill 30 yeres of age sick this two yeres in liver & milt & hart well by day working but ill always every night lieth hevy hevy {sic} in his chest y^t he cannot sleepe nor tak his rest agaynst weath^r and when he eateth flesh & porrage it heaveth vp his chest. vp from his chest to his harte. it lieth in his the pit of his stomack as if his hart & milte were broken as he him selfe thincketh it payneth him intolerable very cold never better thē when he is working cōplyneth most of chest & harte Novemb. 12 die ☉ at h. 7. 50. mi. 1598. at the first cōming he had a flushing in his hed w^t a gydines but never since
