RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.

RN Elisabeth Tomkine of Shippen 24. maried. her Child almost 3 quarters old. a great rising in her Chest: begining at {sic} th beneath the wast ready to stop her winde lyeth in the hollowe of the throate & cometh vp very hoate

RN Goody Greenes water of haversham brought to me 24 of may h. 6. 38. m p m. 1599 by Goody Hopkins shee hath a quotidian ague. & shivereth & shaketh wonderfully w^th it & loketh very pale w^th it & yet her wat^r very red.

RN Mres fayth Gybbes 50 sent to me againe the 5 of May. for a stiffnes in t & swelling & knobbes in t her wrest & inside of her wrests & hands, for a paine in her sinewes an {sic} an ache in her bones, hands & knees. altering from place to place. die ♄. h. 10. 30 m ant m. 1599.

RN Elner Kene of Shenly of 12 ye had an ague. nowe is full of aches & payne in the necke. & doth nothing but Drinke. her moth^r came for her at this 14 of May. die ☾. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Ione freeman of Newp v 17 y. very sicke. sore at the hart & hath a thing arising in her throat ready to stop her winde & was almost dead last night & cryeth & taketh & sayth shee shall dye may the 15. die ♂ h. 11. 12. m. ant m. 1599. & of her thighes. every where a pricking of her {hart}
