RN Itm’ Rich. stonedale troubled w^th a feare & a scriching. in the hed & hart called for a candle at night & d {sic} prayed & desyre his fathr {sic} so to doe bound 2 or 3 dayes Ian. 3 die ☿ h. 10. 30 1599.

RN Goodwife yarrowe of Kempson. 55. yeres old. troubled w^th a hed ache.

RN Will: Phylip. of Bletley. sick this halfe yeare continally about 26. holdeth him in his hed & necke. somewhat high coloured. {&} of a faire cōplexion. cold & {illeg}any. feete very cold. hed very cold. Apr. 24 die ♂ h. 12. 30

RN Elisabeth Brawne 29 of yeres old of Chichly 8 yeres maried 7 yeres sick in all tꝭ of her bodye. most troubled in he {sic} hed. sometimes well & sometime ill. last night. about the full of the moone {was} troubled. N Decemb. {1.} {die} ♀ h. 1. 15|9|. 1598 with Child as I suppose breeding now breeding of child. 5 weekes.

RN An Plummer about 40 sick every foote in the mould of her hed. sometimes on her bed sometimes by the fier of Broughton brought very lowe w^th it. quærit Decēb 8 die ♀ h. 11. 50. mi. 1598. 45 yeres old

RN An Course of Emmerton sent for a payne in her hed. 40 vnmaried. at 1. 15 pm. 1599. 10 of may. die ♃. 1599.

RN Ellenor Parret of North Crowly 10 yeres. full of bleatch & breaketh out in her head w^th red pimpels in body & sheere water in her head w^ch wetteth the cloathes layde it it w^th her consensent {sic} by her father. sept. 17 die ☾ h. 11. an’ m’ 1599.

RN Nicholas Churche for him selfe a gret payne in his hed & hart a highe coloured man. good water.

RN Rich. Odill of Linford for his disease & what is good for hid {sic} hed ache & chest reume & huste chest feb. 27. die ♂ ♄ {sic}. 12. 38. 1599. good water.

RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled w^th a Cold very shortwinded & payned w^th a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled w^th it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./

RN Dorothy Hooden of Adington 50. came her selfe. may the 7|8| die ♂ h. 11. 40. mi ant m 1599. a payne in her hed & very full. & disquieteth her sences.

RN Rich: Woodland of filgrave 35. y. sick this yesterd was sennet cannot rest any waye. hed at first taking goeth to groūd onc in 4 days. may the 10 die ♃. h. 7. 15. mi. ant m. 1599.
