RN Iohn Moulsoe of Cosgrave 52. sick this fortnight of a grudging of the ague & troubled w^th a cough. looketh thin & yellowe w^th it this 28 of feb. die ☿. h. 12. 30. mi. 1599.

RN Marget|r|et Geas of Newport 14. M^r Huls the scriv servant. sickly this 12 moneth. & had onc the ague yesterday vomited twice bloode. a bloody \& fully/ faced wench. Apr. 4. die ☿ h. 7. 12. m. 1599. |as if shee werre ready to dye|/

RN Mres Ruly  filia q^æ valde egrotabat in a hot ague vomiteth mutch mutch fleume & corrupt matter & hath many sharpe stitches. Aprill 12 die ☿. h. 1. 45|0| m. post merid.. her child continued many weekes sicke. 6 or 7 wekes at lenght was well.

RN Charles m^r Stantons servant 19 y. fell sick at m^r Barkers howse of a tertian ague. 15 yeres old nowe every days ague Septemb. 4 die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m 1599. very weake sick this 5 weekes.

RN Elisabeth Sandons the daught^r of Iohn Sandon ded & deted & moth^r. her vnkle came for her at Woulverton 9 yeres old amisse this fortnight they suppose it to have bene an ague. very sleepy & Drowsy. cōplayneth of her hed & belly. Novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 10. 15. mi. 1598.

RN Alce Crowly troubled w^th the ague ever sinc Layten feyre. about 40. every third day keepeth her bed & shaketh sent for a remedye. the 19 of feb. die ☾ h. 11. 1599.

RN Iohn Scriven of Hanslop. 46. a maried man had|th| a disease y^t holdeth him as an ague. & mutch Disquiteth him in his belly chest & head. very faynt & feeble & Did sweate mutch could not tary vp frō his bed a great griping in his belly Ap. 28 die ♄ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN Ihone Gee of Raunson 6{9}|7| yeres 67 yeres old mittit  morbo. 1598. mart 26 die ☉. h. 7 38 40. mi ant merid extreeme hot within & cannot sclack her thirst. a hot ague.

RN Goodman \Iohn./ Parret of Castletroppe of {illeg} {sic} 56. keepeth his bed the 24 of may die ♃. h. {sic} leek an ague fit. cold. after hot about his. very thirstye h. 6. 30 ant m. 1599.

RN Margaret Booker of Newport. 20. amisse this fortnight arm left leeke an ache. vexeth & troubleth all her bodye 22 of March. die ♃. h. 9. 30. ant m. {in}|ca|nnot rest tr maketh her Crye. a hie coloured water & red her courses stopt this quart^r never had thē kindly. leeke an ague

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell.
