RN Iohn Kilpine the sonne of Richard Kilpine was borne 15 the 25 of Ian. being weddensday betwixt 3 & 5 in the morninge. troubled w^th falling sicknes vppon any sudden feare. when he was 1 yere old taken first w^th it or there about. a very fat Corpulent hevy fellowe most troubled in his bed.

RN Elisabeth Armefild of 18. y. hath many times had the purpels & nowe hath many of them. bled on sunday to the quantity of 2 quartꝭ & nowe thinking y^t shee would Dye therew^th & had mutch a doe to staye it. may the 8. die ♂ h. 8. 45. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Kilpine of Northe Crowly 23. yeres old sent vnto me for his disease who hath bene troubled w^th a falling sicknes who fometh very litle but Drouleth. who falleth when it taketh him on his backe & |st|retcheth him selfe a {sic} & p^rsently riseth again & is well. as often as any thing hitteth him or stūbleth or at meate if any thinge feareth him it come as it were by a frightment Maij 5. die ♄. h. 9 ant m. 1599. very desirous his father should come.

RN Avis homan of 60 yeres many times kepeth her bed but nowe walketh & is often swelled & holdeth her as an ague. at the same time. her water red & thickish

RN Goody Greenes water of haversham brought to me 24 of may h. 6. 38. m p m. 1599 by Goody Hopkins shee hath a quotidian ague. & shivereth & shaketh wonderfully w^th it & loketh very pale w^th it & yet her wat^r very red.

RN Susan Simons of Brodwell 40 yeres old. hath bene mightely troubled w^th a iandish an itch a paine in her hed. & a swelling in her left leg y^t itcheth wounderfully. maij 5 die ♄. h. 3. 22. mi. p m. 1599. not well this 7 yeares. sinc shee had a iaundish. very drie.
