RN M^r Potter of Willing of 60. cōplayneth of a payne at his harte & the winde lyeth there. may the 12. die ♄. h. 8. 30. ant m. 1599. cannot sleepe nor rest.

RN Ione Longe of Astwood 20. y. taken yesterday in her bodye after a strange maner. y^t shee cannot make water greeepeth {sic} her bellye & cryeth w^th it & cannot sleepe. RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Alce Hall of Stonystratford. 40 y. payned head hart. w^th an extreeme cold & then w^th a flushing heate cannot sleepe. Octob. 4 die ♃ h. 1. 48. 1599.

RN Will Smith \of haversham/ cōplayneth of his head & hart & chest & cannot sleepe & pineth and consumeth in his flesh. Sept 13. die ☿ h. 8. 45. m. verius.
