RN The gentlemā M^r Anth King is most troubled w^th his disease on tuesd more thē any other disease tyme this very day hath had four on in y^e morning & betwyxt 5 & 6 on at betwyxt eleaven & 12 & on betwyxt 3 & 4. 4 fits to day.
